We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We also accept Company Checks, Certified Checks or Money Orders (No Personal Checks) which must be received within 10 business days of submitting your order. Company checks MUST clear our bank before we will ship your order (usually seven business days after deposit). If you would like to pay for an order using a company check, certified check or money order, simply place the order online and choose "Company Check / Money Order" as your payment option. Once your order is complete, please print the confirmation page, and mail with your payment to:

One Stop Shop Catalog reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information promptly will result in order cancellation.

We also accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send online payments using a credit card that One Stop Shop Catalog currently does not accept (i.e. American Express and Discover), a debit card or a bank account.

If you would like to pay for an order using PayPal, simply place the order online and choose "PayPal" as your payment option. Once your order is complete, there will be a link/graphic on the confirmation page which will take you to PayPal for payment. Please make sure to reference your OneStopShopCatalog.com order number and order total when you send payment.

Shipping and Handling

One Stop Shop Catalog only ships within lower contiguous 48 United States. Currently we only offer shipment via Ground Service unless an item is too big (in which case we will ship via Common Carrier) OR too small (in which case we will ship via USPS).

A COMPLETE "Ship To" address is essential. There will be an additional shipping charge for incomplete addresses due to the fact that our delivery services (UPS & FedEx) charges extra to correct addresses. Orders that UPS deems undeliverable, incomplete or where there is no one home to accept the delivery, that are returned to us will be subject to non-refund of the shipping cost and they will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 15% whichever is more. Do I have any additional sales taxes?
Due to the fact that One Stop Shop Catalog is based in Illinois...only shipment sent to Illinois addresses will be taxed.

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will usually be billed within the first 24 hours after your purchase.

Why didn't I receive a receipt with my shipment?
The purchase confirmation you received via email after placing your order is your receipt...so please be sure to print it out. You will need your receipt/proof of purchase to validate any warranty and/or return.

How do you calculate my shipping costs?
Your shipping costs are usually calculated according to the weight (or size) of the items purchased...according to the shippers shipping rules. We try to make every effort to save you extra expense by shipping in the most effecient manner possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 4-14 days for delivery.

Can I get my order shipped overnight?
No! We currently do not have this option available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses inside the United States?
No...a physical address is required for shippers to deliver your order.
